Journal publication in IEEE TVT

Together with Prof. Andreas Molisch (IEEE fellow) in USC, Prof. Torbjorn Ekman and Professor Emeritus. Terje Røste in NTNU, and Prof. Marion Berbineau in IFSTTAR, I have finalized a journal paper with the title of 'A Round Earth Loss Model and Small-scale Channel Properties for Open-Sea Radio Propagation', which has been accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology. In this paper, we propose a new path-loss model for the open-sea environment and study the amplitude probability density function (PDF) of small-scale fading based on our radio channel measurements at 2 GHz.
